• Communication records: Emails, chat messages, and call notes exchanged during the course of an engagement.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and referring URL.
• Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, clicks, scroll depth, and navigation paths.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data for the following purposes:

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, typically for a period of 36 months after the conclusion of a client engagement. Payment records are retained for 7 years in compliance with US tax regulations. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Our services are designed for corporate clients and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
