Everything You Need to Know

About Our Training Content

We train corporate teams on how to use the Open Claw AI assistant effectively in their day-to-day work. This includes prompt engineering fundamentals, advanced multi-step chain prompting, system prompt design, output structuring, and workflow automation. Every exercise is built around your team's actual tools, documents, and business processes — not generic demos.
Yes. Before every engagement, we conduct a pre-workshop audit where we review your existing tools, workflows, and business challenges. Our trainers then customize all exercises, examples, and prompt templates to reflect your industry, terminology, and actual use cases. We've delivered training across SaaS, healthcare tech, financial services, logistics, legal, and e-commerce.
No. Our Executive Onboarding module requires zero technical experience — it's designed for leaders who need strategic fluency, not coding skills. The Advanced Prompt Architecture workshop is more hands-on but still does not require programming knowledge. We teach prompt engineering as a communication skill, not a coding discipline.
Three fundamental differences. First, our training is built around your actual business workflows — participants practice with their own documents, data, and tools, not hypothetical scenarios. Second, we build custom prompt libraries that become permanent operational assets for your organization. Third, we provide post-training support to ensure adoption sticks. Generic tutorials teach concepts; we deliver outcomes.
No. OpenClaw Lab is an independent training and consulting agency. We specialize in teaching organizations how to use Open Claw effectively, but we are not the creators, developers, or distributors of the Open Claw AI product itself. We are a third-party education provider with deep expertise in the platform.

Training Logistics

Absolutely. All of our programs are available on-site, virtually (via Zoom or Microsoft Teams), or in a hybrid format. Virtual sessions include full recordings, downloadable reference materials, and the same hands-on exercises as in-person workshops. Many of our most successful engagements have been fully remote.
Our standard 1-Day Workshop accommodates up to 20 participants. The Custom Prompt Library Development program includes up to 30 participants. For larger teams, we offer add-on cohorts of 15 participants each at $1,200 per cohort. Enterprise Retainer clients receive unlimited participant access.
We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance for 1-Day Workshops and 4–6 weeks for Prompt Library Development or Enterprise Retainer engagements. This gives us time to complete our pre-workshop audit and customize materials. Rush scheduling is available for an additional fee.
Yes. On-site training within the Austin, TX metro area is included in all pricing tiers. For other US locations, a flat $1,500 travel fee applies. International engagements (Canada, UK, EU) are quoted on a case-by-case basis. We can also host your team at our Austin training facility.

Ongoing Support

All 1-Day Workshop clients receive 30 days of email-based support for prompt troubleshooting and workflow refinement. Prompt Library Development clients receive 60 days. Enterprise Retainer clients receive unlimited support with 4-hour response times via a dedicated Slack or Teams channel.
Yes. Part of our training includes teaching your team how to maintain, iterate on, and expand the prompt library independently. For Prompt Library Development clients, we include quarterly updates for the first year. Enterprise Retainer clients receive unlimited prompt library updates as part of their monthly engagement.
We strongly encourage it and provide the framework to do so. Before training, we help you establish baseline metrics — time spent on key tasks, volume of output, error rates, etc. At 30, 60, and 90 days post-training, we provide measurement templates and optional check-in calls to track progress against those baselines. Our published case studies reflect real client data collected through this process.
Adoption is the metric we care about most. Our curriculum is designed for immediate applicability — participants use their own workflows during training, so the transition back to daily work is seamless. For Retainer clients, our dedicated prompt engineer conducts monthly adoption audits and identifies any friction points. Our 92% satisfaction rate reflects consistently high adoption across all programs.
Workshops can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 14 calendar days before the scheduled date. Cancellations within 7–13 days incur a 25% fee. Cancellations within 6 days or fewer are non-refundable. Full details are available in our Refund Terms.
